Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and sometimes plans change. Here’s a quick rundown of how we handle cancellations so that everyone can get the time they need: ✵ Heads Up (24hr Notice) ✵ If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives me some time to fill your spot with someone else. ✵ Last-Minute Changes/No Shows ✵ If you cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up, this will result in a forfeit of your deposit. ✵ Running Late ✵ If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may have to adjust or reschedule your appointment, while also forfeiting your deposit. ✵ Need to Reschedule? ✵ No problem—just reach out as soon as you can, and i’ll do my best to get you in at a time that works for you.
